Pricing, fees, invoicing, and payouts.
Every booking generates: - A supplier price set by the Fulfilling Partner. - A buyer fee applied to the Requesting Company. - A provider commission retained by Naviuma from the supplier price.
Effective percentages are shown in the offer preview at the moment of pricing and stored in the finance snapshot for each booking.
Naviuma issues a customer booking invoice to the Requesting Company and a provider settlement statement to the Fulfilling Partner for each awarded booking. Invoice numbers are sequential per calendar year.
Payments are processed by Stripe Connect. Card and bank data are handled directly by Stripe under Stripe's own terms. Naviuma never stores full card numbers.
Provider payouts become eligible when the booking is marked completed and the customer payment is captured, subject to any applicable payout hold. Standard payout cadence is [WEEKLY / MONTHLY — CONFIRM].
Each User is responsible for its own VAT/GST reporting and remittance. Naviuma invoices are marked according to reverse-charge rules where applicable within the EU.
Disputes must be raised within 14 days of the invoice date. Undisputed amounts remain payable in the meantime.
Fee changes are announced 30 days in advance and apply only to new bookings created after the effective date.
