Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We also use similar technologies such as localStorage and session tokens.

• Necessary service storage — authentication sessions, temporary Console verification, booking hand-offs and the privacy notice acknowledgement.
• Requested preferences — language, navigation layout and Navi position; approximate visitor-city information is cached for the browser session.
• No optional advertising or analytics integration is currently enabled in the application.

The notice currently acknowledges necessary and service-related storage only; it does not authorise optional tracking. If optional tracking is introduced, a separate opt-in choice must be presented before it is enabled. You can reopen the current notice through "Cookie settings" in the footer or workspace navigation. Dismissing or reading the notice does not authorise future tracking.

Supabase supports authentication and secure application storage. Sign-in tokens expire or refresh according to the account session and are cleared on sign-out. Temporary Console verification is valid for up to four hours; tab-scoped hand-off storage ends when the browser session is cleared. Requested language, layout and Navi preferences remain until changed or cleared. The privacy notice version and acknowledgement timestamp are remembered on this browser for 180 days and contain no email address or company details.

Stripe payment pages and external sign-in services may apply their own storage notices when used. Transactional emails are delivered through Resend. See the Subprocessor List and Privacy Policy for details.

Most browsers allow you to inspect, block or delete cookies and browser storage. Removing authentication storage can sign you out; removing preferences resets the affected settings. The privacy notice control does not delete account data, documents or bookings. If browser storage is blocked, the notice choice may not survive a reload. A material change to storage practices requires a new notice.
