Additional terms for verified Fulfilling Partners providing chauffeur services.
Fulfilling Partners must be legally registered transport operators holding all licences, permits, and insurance required in their jurisdiction. Typical evidence includes: - Germany: PBefG concession (Mietwagen / Taxi), operator liability insurance, commercial register extract. - United Kingdom: Private Hire Vehicle (PHV) operator's licence issued by TfL or the relevant local authority (or a PSV operator's licence issued by the Traffic Commissioner where applicable), driver PHV/PSV badges, hire-and-reward insurance, and MOT records. - Other EEA states: equivalent national transport-operator authorisation and mandatory insurance.
Evidence must be uploaded, kept current, and re-verified at least annually.
Only vetted drivers with a valid professional driving licence, right-to-work verification where legally required (UK), a criminal-record check where legally permitted (e.g. German polizeiliches Führungszeugnis or a UK enhanced DBS check for PHV drivers), and completed onboarding may be assigned to bookings.
Vehicles must match the class advertised, be roadworthy, insured for hire-and-reward, display any licence plate/disc required by local regulation (e.g. UK PHV licence plate), and be photographed clearly (minimum three verified photos: front, interior, additional).
Partners commit to punctual arrivals, discreet conduct, mobile phone availability, and use of the shared status-tracking link during the ride.
