Rules for submitting requests, exchanging offers, and awarding bookings on the marketplace.
This document forms part of the binding legal framework between Naviuma Platform GmbH ("Naviuma", "we", "us") — and, for United Kingdom-based users, its UK affiliate Naviuma Platform UK Ltd — and users of the Naviuma B2B chauffeur marketplace ("Platform"). It governs the mechanics of the two-sided marketplace. and should be read together with the other documents listed in the Legal Center. Terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms & Conditions.
Requesting Companies undertake to submit accurate service details (date/time, addresses, passenger count, vehicle class). Requests are binding once accepted by a Fulfilling Partner.
Naviuma distributes requests to eligible Fulfilling Partners based on service-area coverage, vehicle class, verification status, historical performance, and availability. Distribution logic may evolve to protect service quality.
Offers submitted by Fulfilling Partners are firm for the deadline stated in the request. Withdrawal is possible only before acceptance and must be justified.
Acceptance of an offer creates a binding booking. Naviuma records the accepted offer, generates the customer invoice, and shares operational details with the awarded partner.
Fulfilling Partners must operate with licensed drivers, insured vehicles, punctual arrivals, clean interiors, and confidentiality appropriate to executive travel.
Both sides may rate a booking. Ratings feed into matching and visibility on the marketplace.
