Data Sharing Policy

Naviuma shares only the data necessary to obtain a competitive offer and execute the awarded booking.

Requesting Companies see: the Fulfilling Partner's public identity (display name, service area, ratings, verified vehicle classes). Fulfilling Partners see: pickup and destination, service date and time window, vehicle class, passenger count, and non-identifying notes.

Once an offer is accepted, both sides receive operational details: assigned driver (name, photo, phone), assigned vehicle (make/model, plate, photos), passenger manifest (lead passenger name, flight/train, child seats, luggage, service notes), and shared status-tracking links.

• Data received through the Platform may only be used to perform the booking.
• No independent marketing to counterparties.
• No enrichment or profiling beyond service execution.
• Data must be deleted or anonymised once statutory retention periods expire.

Passenger information is confidential. Fulfilling Partners must instruct their drivers to treat all executive-travel information as strictly confidential.

For rides crossing jurisdictions, both parties are responsible for confirming that data transfers comply with applicable law.
