• Fraudulent, deceptive, or discriminatory conduct.
• Circumventing accepted bookings outside the Platform.
• Scraping, reverse-engineering, or systematic data extraction.
• Uploading malware, offensive, or unlawful content.
• Impersonating other Users or Naviuma staff.
• Using the Platform for cash-only transports designed to evade tax.

Vehicle photos, driver photos, and company descriptions must be accurate, current, and not infringe third-party rights.

Messaging channels are provided for operational coordination only. Marketing, spam, or unrelated commercial content is prohibited.

Naviuma may investigate suspected violations, restrict features, suspend accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.
